Craps games have been extremely popular for several centuries. At the very beginning when the game was developed and got the first try it was mostly played by the schoolchildren. Then it was possible to see the kids throwing the dice against the wall. Today this game is unbelievably popular and it is one of the most hypnotizing gambling games which have the fans around the world. Earlier the craps were very simple and didn’t demand any expensive and extraordinary equipment, but these days it also may be both enjoyed with at your place and in the high class gambling establishment. All in all, the simple rules for craps permit people of any experience, level of income and age to try the game.
The game of craps is played at a specially invented craps table with the special markings. To start playing one player should throw the dice, but as the rules for craps say it must be accomplished in a particular way. First of all, it is prohibited to throw the dice with two hands, the dice must be hold in one hand if not the shot is considered to be illegal. Furthermore, after the roll is done the dice must jump off the end of the craps table, and in case this rule is not maintained the roll can’t be counted too. Before the first roll, which is known as "Coming out Roll", each gambler makes his bets on the betting area on the table. This space is separated into three parts according to their purpose. These sections have the marks which shows the Field Bets, Place Bets, Proposition Bets, Come and Don't Come Bets, Pass and Don't Pass Bets. When the craps player chooses the Pass line bet he has the opportunity to win if a 7 or 11 appears. In case a 2, 3, or 12 falls out the gambler loses. Other falling out numbers in the first roll are usually constitute a "point". In case the "point" falls out the dice must be rolled again and again until a 7 or 11 comes up and the player wins.
The gambler which makes a Don't Pass Bet is able to win only in case number 2 or 3 comes up but if either a 7 or 11 appears the bet is considered to be losing. In case that was the second throw after the point fell out, a Point Roll, so the dice are re-rolled till the same point number comes out. This time the gambler is winner when a 7 or 11 is thrown first, but if the same point is rolled earlier, the craps player is loser. If the other numbers come out the dice are re-rolled until the mentioned numbers come out.
Come Bet is the same as the Pass Line bet, but as the rules for craps dictate Pass Line bet may be places only when point comes out on the pass line bet. It may be indicated after the coming out roll. The 7 and 11 numbers win while the 2, 3, and 12 lose. Again the come point must be thrown again.
According to the rules for craps Don't Come Bet is the reverse of Come Bet, that is why if a 2 or 3 is thrown the player is winner, when number 7 or 11 occurs the craps player is loser.
